Refund Policy

All sales through AF Wellness & Recovery Labs are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any product, opened or unopened.

This policy reflects the nature of the research compounds we sell: once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify its handling, storage, or chain of custody, and cannot guarantee product integrity if it were returned to us.

If your order arrives damaged in shipping, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@afwellnessrecovery.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work with you directly to resolve it.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is a flat $15. Orders totaling $300 or more ship free automatically, no code required.

Delivery time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days via USPS or UPS.

Tracking: You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also check status anytime on our Track Order page.

Shipping address: We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
